Due to the nature of the information that may be collected, all consumer information and documents, whether in printed or electronic form, shall be maintained in a secured location with access limited to authorized representatives only. The Loan Post, Inc. maintains a privacy policy in compliance with federal and state laws in which it operates, including but not limited to the Gramm Leach Bliley Act, and the Fair Credit Reporting Act to insure the privacy of each consumer’s personal information
>b?Obligation of Confidentiality- Each Party shall protect and keep confidential any and all Proprietary Information of the other Party it acquires knowledge of and shall not use, disclose, distribute or, except as permitted herein, allow any third party access to any such Proprietary Information. The Loan Post shall make no contact with any of the agents or customers for the purpose of soliciting such agents, customers or affiliates for any purpose. Notwithstanding any law, rule or regulation, the Parties agree that the customers shall remain the customers of the Licensee.
